We design, build,
own & lease industrial.

ns.dev is a family-run developer-builder. Since 2016 we've delivered seven industrial projects across Bells Creek, Chevallum and Corbould Park — and leased them the same way we build them: directly, with the people who did the work.

Track record

Seven developments. One way of building.

Every project designed in-house around how operators actually work — truck paths first, columns nowhere, and yards that belong to the tenant.

Who we are

Builders first. Landlords second. Agents never.

Why operators deal with us

You talk to the people who built it

Every ns.dev building is designed, built and owned by the same family team. Questions get answered by the person who poured the slab, not a leasing office. Fit-out changes get a yes or no on the spot.

It's why we've leased our own stock — including all four Lot 65 warehouses — without an agent involved.

How we build

Designed around the operator

Truck paths planned before walls. True clear spans with no columns — not even along the walls. Doors a semi can actually use. Yards on the title, not on a handshake. And since 10 David Casey: solar and battery systems that cut the tenant's power bill from day one.
